![]() ![]() EERO now handles all wifi around the house but have I created a double nat problem? (I actually don't really know what double nat is, I just read it can be a problem). It used to be but I recently installed the fantastic EERO mesh system and switched wifi off my Sky Broadband (UK) router. Settings shows my Mac OSX (all latest software) media server is not connected to the Internet. I seemed to have lost remote access.almost.I confess to struggling to understand some of the nuances of Plex still but I'm trying! I'd appreciate some help on a few points. iMac with 16 GB of RAM and there's over 1 TB left on the hard drive where the video are stored. Over the week-end, I moved my entire video collection to a new hard-drive, reinstalled Plex and re-indexed the whole thing from scratch, but it didn't solve my problem. Plex server is version 0.9.15.6, but again, it was upgraded very recently and it was doing the same thing with previous versions too. Both are running the lastest version of iOS (9.2.1), but it was doing the same thing before we upgraded to that version, sometime in February. This is happening on two different iPad (my wife's iPad Air and my iPad Air 2). So it takes about 10 minutes to see the last few minutes of every TV show… I almost threw my iPad across the room yesterday night ! It stops playing, we click on the PLAY button, then it plays for a few seconds (sometimes 15 seconds, sometimes only one or two) and stops again. Over the last month, however, every time we watch a TV show, Plex will stop just a few minutes short of the end. We've used for for over a year without so much as a glitch. ![]() First of all, this is the first time we're having problems with Plex. ![]()
